Our Objectives

  • To promote girls’ rights with respect to girls’ care and provide them with better education and forums to discuss girls’ dreams and ambitions in their life and how to make them work in the future.
  • To facilitate the attitudinal change among the community members to dismantle the stereotypes and restricting practices in relation to girls’ education.
  • Designing concrete, evidence-based plans for program designers, donors and policymakers that empower women to control their lives and help shape the future of their communities; measuring changes in the lives of women and girls to know how best to achieve gender equality.
  • Recommending policy priorities that give girls and young women opportunities to transform their lives.
  • Strive to increase young women’s ownership, use and control of assets and property, to empower women as economic agents and better their ability to access markets on competitive and equitable terms.
  • Advance public policy that protects the dignity and rights of young women and girls, especially those from vulnerable communities.
  • Develop public awareness and media campaigns to give visibility to gender based violence in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • Advocacy campaign to end domestic child sex trafficking and the sexual exploitation of young women.
  • Works towards improving access to justice and conditions of confinement for girls and young women in the juvenile and criminal justice systems.
  • To impart knowledge on reproductive health education among secondary school girls and its consequences involved in child marriages.
  • To work with vulnerable girl children and women in need for their economic and social development and provide mental and psychosocial care for their well-being.
  • To function as a resource to other organizations in installing and practicing a systematic way of managing and handling cases.
  • To conduct action-oriented research to design effective programmatic interventions for the safety and protection of adolescent girls and young women.
  • To work with the government in strengthening child protection system such that the children are safe and protected.
  • To promote awareness and wellbeing of youth by working towards promoting gender equality, youth rights, alleviating poverty, hunger, abuse, HIV/AIDs and violence, through providing economic opportunities, developing life skills, promoting healthy living and holding sporting events, drama acting, debates and trainings.
  • To establish youth Empowerment and knowledge shared forum facilities for Youth and Community groups, a chance to introduce themselves, reach out and share thoughts, comments, issues, advice and experience with others.
  • Empower young people with knowledge and skills, so that they can make informed choices regarding their mental and physical health.
  • Promoting Democracy and Good Governance by stimulating young people engagement in decision making on issues that affect them.
